Comments:
Ugg felt awful this morning took a while to get back into it and my stomach to feel better. Got around to running right at the end of the first set of games. I was ready to go, but it was raining pretty steadily. I didnt mind. Took it nice and slow today but still felt pretty good and comfortable all things considered. Its been a few days. Coming back, started to feel hungry actually, which is good a return to normalcy.

Essentials: Stretch

Decent stretch legs needed that so badly and they are still tight and achy. Weather is gonna be great next week I would like to fit in multiple days this week at least.
