Weather: Very Humid, Hot
Comments:
One mile warm-up. Then ran a ten minute warm-up into College Park and went into 2 minutes hard and 2 minutes easy. Then went 3 minutes hard and 3 minutes easy. Then went 4 minutes hard and 3 minutes easy. Then repeated same process, plus 10 minute cooldown back to Brebeuf at the end. Pace of hard minutes was around 5:45 to 6:05. Went very fast on first couple and last one. Felt pretty bad at the beginning, but started to feel less lethargic towards the end. Quality workout! Time was around 52 minutes. Distance estimated at about 8 miles.
