Comments:
Daylights Saving Time kinda threw me off. Woke up early, then took a long nap this afternoon since I was tired. When I woke up I was groggy but knew I had to run or else it would be too dark out later. So I got up and went. It was kinda windy and chilly actually today had to bundle up a little bit. Felt tired heading through town, legs fine but stomach was cramping here and there. After lifting, felt much more energized and smooth, which isnt usually the case actually. Whatever I went with it and finished up comfortably. Good run. Right Achilles was a little bit tight though. Still felt great to run after feeling chunky yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. Legs mad tight, need to keep stretching tonight.
