Exercise Type: Swim

First day of swimming. Still sad that I'm not doing winter track, but I think it's for the best. My shins do really need a break. I've never really swum before except for the winter of 7th grade which doesn't really count, so it was quite challenging, and apparently it was an easy day. At one point we were supposed to do streamlines and get across the pool in 4 strokes or less and it took me like 9. :/ We did a bunch of swimming without breathing to one end and "sprinting" back, some streamlines on your back, and some wall sits and lunges. My arms are already sore, but I'm trying not to be too self deprecating because I will improve!!!
