Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Man just downpoured today, really wet. Didnt stop me from running. It was dark, and with the combo of rain reflecting my head lamp I couldnt see much so I kept it safe on the bike path. No one really out there just got to cruize. Wasnt all wound up with lab stuff had time to just relax myself. Feeling better and less achy today actually, so I kept a strong uptempo pace. Coming back I think I did slow down a little bit, but maybe that part is uphill? I cant remember. Anyways still felt good. Actually great to get the legs moving. At this point, no matter how chunky or slow I feel, I can bust out a strong 5 miler at any time. Thats comforting.
Essentials: Stretch
Not too soaked when I got back, so I had time to stretch around. Worked it out, but still feel a little sore. It was actually kinda chilly in the rain, so that may have tightened me up a bit. At least today loosened me up overall and got rid of the aches from the past few days.
