UO barefoot to Oakway, weights, then back

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Saw an early-AM patient, then suited up to run from work. Ran straight to UO (via 24th), did about two miles barefoot, then ran easy to Oakway. Felt pretty good, but both lower legs-achilles' feel a little sensitive.

Lifted fairly hard: squats, rows, abs; hang cleans, jumps, glutes (5 sets each)

Then ran back to work.

Rest of the day:
- home to eat breakfast
- TWO patients in the afternoon
- great massage-manual therapy session with Kevin Maloney (Chelsea's younger brother). Kid is REALLY damn good
- to the Bristow 24 board meeting
- home

Long but good day.
