SO my Thursday runs with Tim Smith have become sort of a regular thing. Today we ran up North Park into Shaker this time on the other side of the Shaker Lake. John joined us for the begining came all the way out to the lake. We talked a lot this week with made the run fly by which was really nice. He gives me lots of advice about stuff which is really helpful. All together a nice run and I feel a bit better for tomorrow's repeats.
