Comments:
Feeling slightly better, still full of mucus but the aches arent as bad. Anyways before heading out I took a nap and it took a while to get rolling, so in that sense I felt very stiff and tight. Also, it was chilly and windy, first day for running pants. Just the signature of a cold windy day. Had the tree cover to protect me but I just took it slow and easy, get things moving. Nice little jont. The gym is closed today so I couldnt run up there and do the usual but I dont thing I would ahve been able to effectively manage a lift today anyways.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Honestly feeling a little bit better when I got back but still kinda tight. The roll was what I needed for my legs though. The weather and the cold couple to make me just feel sluggish overall. Nice weekend to relax and recharge but maybe I need a few days of work before the next break.
