xc workout

we did a tack workout today, with some hills thrown in there too. the workout was 5x600 with 2 hills inbetween (the cass park hills right near the track). each 600 was supposed to be at a pace. the 400 split shoulda been near 85, and then the last 200 pick it up, about 35 seconds for the 200. danny killian and i ended up running mostly under 80 for the 400's and hovered right around 35 for all 5 of them pretty much. killian and danny were a bit ahead of me, i was feeling somewhat tired. the first hill was supposed to be a steady hard pace, and picking it up a little more for the second one. overall, the track interval was supposed to be harder than the hills, so the hills were easier than normal. killer workout. the time logged and mileage is really just the warmup and cooldown combined, but estimated. the intervals are estimated times.
