Comments:
This morning we were identifying different solids using various tests (flame test, ph test, that kind of stuff) and after we concluded that one was sugar, my lab partner ATE SOME, and it totally just made my day which is why I'm adding this in my log. Anyway, Grace and I did the workout together because we won't be here on Wednesday. Our warmup was 20 minutes so we ran out 10 minutes with the other girls and then turned around. The gate was locked so we got in "track style", which basically means climbing over a certain part of the fence. The workout itself was easy, just 6x300 at 68 seconds. It kinda felt like extended rhythm 2s. I uploaded the video I made yesterday. I was kinda nervous about whether anyone would like it, but so far it's gotten a really good response.
