Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Got up at 7 to go to the Y by my grandparent's house with my dad. "Swam" for 45 minutes, but was actually swimming for less (maybe 35) because I tried to simulate a workout from practice, but probably gave myself longer breaks. Did 8*50 Free, 8*50 Breast, 8*25 Fly, 1*50 back, and 4*50 free, focusing on flip turns. The water was grossly warm, but I had a lane to myself for most of it, so it was pretty nice.
