Comments:
After sleeping in and decent amounts of chill in today, got around to running after we got back from walking at Cornell. Just a shakeout run today, not too sore from yesterday actually. I didn't really know where to go so I just wandered around Northside and came back along Cascadilla and up around the police station. Nice and easy, maybe a little too close to lunch I was burping it up here and there.
Essentials: Stretch
Shortish stretch, probably could have used more with upper body and such thats the most sore.
