Bayard Park (FL) easy run & strides with CA

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool, but sunny and nice

Comments:
Drove from CA's parents house, across the river, east to this "park" -- almost BLM-like forest-swamp land with various dirtroads and singletrack. Ran fairly easy the whole time, CA leading on some loops. Felt OK enough.

Post-run
- coffee at the place in Green Cove Springs
- did my coaching work (including "pool side", when CA, me, Jackie and Cooper went to the pool at her granddad's gated community)
- hung out at "granddad's house"
- hung out back at her parents house
- drove out to "the beach" with CA and her dad to spend time with the Cooper cousins...then went into St Augustine to "see the lights" and walk around, til pretty late!
