Comments:
Also a productive day but near the end wanted to take a break. It was just down pouring most of the day, and that was chilly rain. I started from the parking lot and got soaked on the way to the gym. Did 1 session on the track then a fast mile on the treadmill then finished up on the track again. Track wasnt that bad actually. Gym was too crowded to stretch so I just gathered things up and ran back to the parking lot so I could stretch at home.
Essentials: Stretch
Just an easy stretch legs feel tight. Felt pretty strong running wise today, lost it a little on the second track session but that was most likely from boredom. Ankle felt fine today running. Its sore when I flex it around but running it feels fine.
