Comments:
Into my normal Sunday routine. The extra sleep last night helped a lot. I felt much better. Woke up from my football nap and got right out onto the streets. I was sore and sluggish, it was cold too so it took a while to get into a real rhythm. I pushed it hard into the gym as I got onto campus. After lifting, felt a little more on the sluggish side. I pushed it once I got on the trail though since there was another runner and a bike behind me and I thought it would be awk if we were all going up the hill together. That helped though to finish up strong.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch watching the beginning of the next games. I am pretty sore, ankle is sore also. But it does feel good to get that run in today. It was kinda boring but I feel recharged and ready for the upcoming week.
