Comments:
Sunday grind. Woke up from my football nap and finally got out the door to run! It wasnt as cold as yesterday actually felt comfortable. Legs were heavy to start but I just plugged along like I knew I should. Got near campus and stomach started to tighten up a little bit. I did make it to the gym ok though. Nice to be in there it felt like a while. Got in my workout, then took it nice and easy back down the bike path. Made it back just before it got dark.

Essentials: Stretch

Spread some salt on the sidewalk and driveway, then tried to stretch out well feeling pretty tight though. Feel much better after yesterday.
