Track circuits

Comments:
We did a warmup and then got on the track to do an easy circuit workout. It was 4x800 and every 200 meters we would either do 10 single leg deadlifts for each leg or 20 jumping jacks. We weren't running much faster than we usually do, so it wasn't too bad. The track was covered in a thin layer of snow which was fun. After that we went inside and lifted.
