Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I thought that this race was a definate breakthrough for me, both mentally and physically.
Got a 26 sec PR. I got out quick and ran a fairly fast first mile for me. A major accomplishment was that my 2nd mile I passed more people than passed me. I think that I could have gotten under 19:00 if I would have better course technique. A couple of my turns were sloppy but other than that I think I ran a great race. Can't wait for the next one!
