Exercise Type: Run
Weather: too hot for a race
Comments:
gonna make it as short as possible!
goals: PR (failed), keep up with becca for some of the race (failed), sprint at the end (failed)
what I did well: hmm...well I tried to go fast up the hill but girls were in my way. the night before i did all the right things. in general, I just ran decent..
What I didn't: didn't push myself..not even a little, I ran the race disguistingly comfortable, didn't sprint at the end, didn't attempt to stay with becca..
Mile 1: felt great. felt positive. but it was super crowded so that was frustrating.
Mile 2: felt great. felt positive.
Mile 3: felt great.
Last 100: felt great.
Wow I'm seeing a pattern here... I don't get results if I feel great. It wasn't a bad race for me at all. But I just didn't get what I wanted from it. Because I didn't make myself uncomfortable. So I guess that's what I'll do at Gary Ward next! :)
