Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We ran a 2 mile warm-up and I felt tired. I did awful on the first interval (my legs felt dead.) and then after Coach Tolsma's encouragement I was able to push through the rest of the work out. It felt so good to finish knowing the Lord had helped me to end with giving my best.
