Work-out at Park (Similation to Big South!)

Comments:
We ran a work-out at a park that is very similar to our Big South course. My goal for this workout was to push it my hardest at each interval (we ran 4/3/2x2) it felt SO good to push it!!!! I am so thankful that the Lord has given me a second chance.
