Comments:
Just Grace, Ingrid, Anna, and Mariah at practice today. Hannah and Emma also showed up, but they did something in the weightroom. The workout was 5x3 minute easy tempos with 2 minutes of rest. Anna and Mariah did 4, and they stuck with us for the whole thing. We ran around Boynton and IHS bc no one really cared where we went. I felt decent, except my calf was bothering me a bit while we were running but it's fine now. When I got home I noticed my foot was a little swollen. I'm not sure if that just happened or if it has been like that for days.
