Comments:
Fartlek with Will. Parked at Lucci's house and did a warmup loop. Continued our jog until we hit 15 minutes and started the workout. It was a zen fartlek with 20 minutes hard. Will and I switched off. Ran 20 minutes hard with 14 minutes recovery. The hard was approximately 3.75 miles while the recovery was probably two miles. Got the pace down to 5:02-5:10 towards the end. Great workout.
