Weather: i logged a lotta miles last yer
Comments:
I didn't do anything on Friday or Saturday. Taking the time off (kinda) worked; there's definitely been some improvement. I was breathing really heavily today which was annoying. The weather was nice though. I ate a cinnamon roll this morning and it was delicious, but it didn't feel very delicious when I was running.
Disclaimer: I ate 3.5 hours before running, not immediately before.
