Comments:
Temps were nice but very humid. Ran confidently the whole time. Need some work on form up hills as those did not go as well as I wanted. Ran 1.5 minutes faster than last year, but still off my best time there. Climb almost 1,000 feet in this race, with 200 in last 1.5 miles. Very competitive this year. Was in the top 10 which is really cool when racing a bunch of Kenyans and NCAA DI champs. Felt very strong, just not speedy... need some speed.
