EASY around SEHS, barefoot, strides

Worked a bit, then decided to go on a second run. Was not feeling very well; legs were fine, but zero energy, like I was still sick. So rather than pound a bunch of miles AND go lift, I turned back, headed to SEHS, and did some barefoot running there, including a good 7-8 strides.

After that, I also did some single-leg bleacher jump-ups! Sounds more impressive than it is: these stairs are like grandma-accessible: maybe 4", but perfect to work on the controlled single leg jump-ups. Did a good 5-6 sets of 10-20 jumps per leg.

Went back to work, saw two clients, then headed to yoga. BUSY day, but good.
