Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Just trying to stay warm today. Got some snow and it was really cold. Got to sleep in and recharge but I felt pretty sore in the morning. Got around to running right before it got dark out. Short mileage today, staying easy on the sidewalks. Some of it is powdery, some is slushy and some is icy. Tried to hold my pace. Felt pretty good it was just so cold, enough to chill every breath. Didnt feel too spent when I got back, this mileage feels really really easy now.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. Back sore and legs adjusting to the snowy streets. Could use some rolling later. Gym isnt open on the weekends during winter break. That sucks I would like to lift a little bit, but wont get to on Sundays until after I come back from Germany.
