I felt pretty good until I ran a mile on Sunday (so long!) and was walking around for awhile that evening. I talked to Kim again today and a stress reaction makes the most sense right now. If that's true, then it was probably caused by doing too much too soon and running on hard surfaces. It really is my fault because I knew the first week or two of training was too intense for me (logs 12/12/16 and 13/12/16) but I didn't do anything about it. The only thing that doesn't match is that it only felt kinda gradual. Or maybe it was gradual and I just never noticed anything until one moment. Anyway, now I'm cross-training for at least a week. So much fun.
