Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran for 50 minutes with the distance runners on the RWC track team. It worked out well that their group was doing 45-60 and that's what I was doing at the same time. Did 15 minutes easy, 15 medium nd then 15 harder at the end with 5 x 30 seconds hard at the end. Fun run.
