Comments:
Treadmill workout. Did a tempo on the treadmill in the UVM. Kept the gradient at 0.5%. Started at 6 flat for the first few minutes. At 5 minutes I dropped the pace down to 5:50. Every 5 minutes, I increased the speed by 0.1mph. Finished around 5:18 pace. Solid workout. 45 minutes total. Called it 8.
