Comments:
Ran 6 miles in the afternoon. 2 mile warm-up (first mile with Grant!) then 5 x 600 meters cut-down on the track at Gates Chili with a 200 jog/(4:00 total interval) recovery. Times were: 2:24, 2:19, 2:15, 2:08 and 2:02. Felt good. 1.5 mile cool down.
