Comments:
Met up with the Lil J for a run again. Always nice to catch up every once in a while. Went pretty darn well, but the University course gets wicked windy this time of year. Even tacked on some strides at the end. You may ask, were trail shoes complete and total overkill? Of course they were! But they're pretty darn good shoes, so hush with that criticism.
