Comments:
Great run beside the chicken wings I decided to throw down about an hour before hand. They didnt resurface until at least the end. Started to get more cold this week and it was chilly but not freezing tonight. I just felt on, in the groove in the mood. Great pace, raced up the hills. It was real dark out there and refreshing. Added on through downtown then actually came back along Lincoln. Good loop. Pleased with the efforts lately, can just get out there and bust out 6 real solid. Wasnt too sore from the lift last night either.
Essentials: Stretch
Felt pretty stretched out right when I got back, then a little bit tighter. Everything moving smooth though, ankles and shins pretty good. Might want to roll sometime though, knees always tight. Not sure if I can maintain any mileage in Germany, but I would still like to get trained up for the 10 miler at the end of February. Might be in as good of shape as last year, and it was a surprisingly good race then.
