Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Getting chilly today. No snow and ice though so its all good on the bike path. Took it over to the meadow, did a loop then continued on. It wasnt too wet but icy in parts so I had to jump over those. Started out fast, then coming back took it a little easier. Up the hill on Mill Rd though I just fired up and beasted it, no idea where it came from. I just felt it and did it. I can concretely see that the training builds itself up. Much like lab work... anyways thats kinda what I was thinking about on the run today.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll. Actually went down into the basement gym for a little bit to help spot Cristiam while he was benching. Its pretty legit down there. Legs feeling much much better after the rolling. IT was getting kinda tight there.
