Comments:
Ran 1.5 mile warm up, strides, 3 x 1 mile on the track (it was cold), and then a 4 mile cool down with Coach Ward. 3:00 jog recovery 9 miles total
My times were 5:59, 5:56, 5:53. Long way to go but felt good to run faster for a workout.
