Access Rd

Comments:
Ended up dicking around kinda late working through some situations, but once I got that taken care of, just felt ready to roll. Changed in the parking lot and just went at it. It was warm enough for shorts actually which was awesome. Held the pace, went along the Access Rd which was passable, then down through campus and straight to the gym. It closes early so I at least wanted to get in to stretch a little bit. Short mileage but I was flying. Achilles on the right was a little tight though. Glad I didnt go too far.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Quick stretch and good roll. Didnt feel that flexible, might be from the cold. ITs feel much better though. After the real quick stretch just jogged back to the parking lot, feeling good. Gonna bring my running clothes but not sure how much runs I can really fit in. Actually, its likely Ill add to a significant beer belly over there unfortunately. Good to have with me though, I always want to have running with me no matter where I go or what I do.
