Comments:
Ran with top 6 varsity for about 3.5 miles and turned around with Nick Kirkpatrick and Jake Dennie. When I got back, ran a half mile on track. Final distance 7.5 miles. Feet were hurting very badly from blisters formed because of bad socks. Make sure to wear running socks. (I was wearing the grey Old Navy socks.)
