Packing and getting ready for Germany. Starting to get pumped, this is gonna be fun, really getting to know these Germans. Wanted to bust out something since I wont be running for a few weeks now. Been in a good mood and flow so I went with the strong lift downstairs. Even got in leg day. I like our set up lets me hit a lot of sections actually. Need to get down there more often. Workout was:

DB Arms series x10
Ace x10
4 sets of:
Bench x10 (20 lbs)
Squat x10 (20 lbs)
2 sets of:
Straight leg deadlift x20 (20 lbs)
