ONE goddamn mile - felt terrible!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50s, nice

Comments:
The stomach started to go downhill at "lunch". I had some eggs...and some vitamins (which might've been the true time-bomb). The stomach was so-so...

I was still hungry a couple hours later, so I had some Trail Butter. Strike 2. Worse.

At the office a little later to work on the marketing stuff, the stomach turned more. But CA was on her way with "anniversa-fritters", and I couldn't pass those up. I met her at Allan Bros to eat donuts and share a coffee.

...but things quickly went downhill. The stomach worsened. But I otherwise felt fine and really wanted to get a run in. So I went back to the office and changed into my stuff, intending to at least get in a decent easy run.

Long-story-short: made it a half-mile but felt SO terrible, that I had to turn back. Barely made it to the office.

Rest of the day:
- home on the couch, major gut ache and "ill" feeling
- slept a couple hours
- no dinner
- up every 2hrs, shitting that night (again)

Ugh, this is getting old...
