Long Beach loop from the hotel

LONG day. Grandpa Steve got his pace-maker in, and it was an early one: Mom and I were there at like 5:30 or some crazy shit (which of course felt like 3:30). It was a slow process, but it all went well

Ran at mid-day, just an easy 5.5 on the classic Long Beach loop: down to Jeff Davis, then back Railroad. Felt pretty OK (sub 8s) but a bit HR grindy (140).
