Have no idea why we ran this today - Oh, I think because we had to go for CA's sister's wedding. So, despite Hardesty legs, we gave it a push today, with the whole group: me, CA, Lewis, Tommy and Evan.

400s with 100m jog, a half-mile rest, then 6x200 on the minute ("Dr Wo Mile").

Decent workout, as I recall. Lewis and I traded off on the 400s -- they seem slow in retrospect (unsure why). 200s were solid (and fun!)

Rest of the day:
- CA and I worked, then packed up and drove that night for red-eye flights to Florida.
