mlk tempo, forget my splits & overall time and left my watch @ veale so i guess i'll just update that later

overall felt alright, was in the front of the group most of the time so I dunno if the wind affected me a lot, I just know that this wasn't as easy as it should have been. didn't do 3*300s because my right knee felt odd on the recovery to the track still from the mile repeats. i figure it will go away soon. i'm planning on backloading this week anyways with extra cooldown on Friday and long run on Saturday so i'll be ready for OWU, so I may only run 40 miles Sunday-Thursday this week.
