Weather: ~45 degrees, Foggy

Comments:
Long run day on the Big Farm Loop. Really appreciated the Caldorados today, since the ground was wicked sloppy and wet. Really neat run in all, having about 50 m of visibility made everything have that nice isolation feel. Bit of a stitch in miles 5 and 6, but I think if I just hydrate better or do more core, that shouldn't happen anymore. Pace was a lot better today too. Wasn't taking it as conservatively as last week. Plenty of work on that front too, I can't go to Boston at this speed!
