This week I'm gonna try to do bits of running in the early am-dark to prep for Sean O'Brien.

Slept...OK, but woke up hot, itchy (damn poison oak) and with a big of indigestion. The burgers we ate at 4PM yesterday felt brand-new when I awoke, and was rough on this run. Stopped to deuce at a porta- near my office.

Jogged SLOWWW but felt OK enough.
