Comments:
Workout on the track. Was going to do 5x1K. Did a K, 800, K, K, 2x400, and a 200. It's almost 5000meters worth of work. The second rep was an 800 because I had to stop and use the bathroom. Splits were 3:03, 2:25, 3:03, 3:02, 68, 65, 31. Not the best workout but great.
