Have barely any data for this workout since my watch was low on battery and subsequently died. Pretty sure we did: 5x800, 6x200 "Dr Wo 1200".

Good group, including me, CA, Tommy, Evan and Lewis - who showed up late.

Did a 800 alone, then Lewis nestled in, which was good, because my watch died after the first rep. CA actually "recorded" splits for me, as I'd raise my hand the moment I crossed the line, and she'd remember the split on her watch (running behind!). Lolz.

Here's what I *think* they were:

2x "mid-2:#30s"
"2:30-low"

200s: 32-34 (solid!)

GOod workout from what I remember!
