Exercise Type: Bike

Tomorrow I'm planning on running about 1/2 a mile. I'll probably run on the treadmill so I don't have to change and can just hop on the bike when I'm done. It kinda just hit me how much this sucks. Maybe my outdoor season won't be as good as I had hoped, but I'll get better and maybe by March I'll be running almost every day again. My long term goal is to catch up to the varsity girls by cross pre-season.
