Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a speed workout with the distance runners on the track. It was cold. After a mile warm up and strides, we ran 7 x 3:00 hard with a 1:15 rest. I covered at least 800 meters for each one. There was ice in lane 1 so they were "longer" than 400 meter laps by a bit. My 800 times were about 2:59, 2:57, 2:55, 2:55, 2;53, 2:51, 2:50. Ran a 4 mile cool down with Coach Ward. Felt decent.
