Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long run solo. Ran from the house. Achilles was tender was the pain was only a 1-2/10. Ran to Kirby Road and did the National Guard Loop. At about 5 miles the pain got to be a 4-5. I stopped and stretched as well as some self massage. After loosening the Achilles, I continued running. The pain reduced to a 1-2 and I was able to finish the run. Legs felt good so the pace was 6:00-6:30 for the majority of the run.
