Weather: cool, breezy

Comments:
I started to realize that night runs alot better than morning runs especially during these 90 degree temperature weather...again, felt great and getting up to that 55 mile week. This 55 mile week will repeat again and make sure that my body gets used to it and then I'm gonna hit that 60 to 65 mile week which will again be twice
then ill be up to the 70 75 week hitting the 80 by the end of august. Like I said hitting 80 isnt hard, I've done it three times before so its good stuff. Other than that, the pace today was sub 7 and everything was good.
